Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) offers a Three-year diploma program in electrical engineering. Students who complete this course will have a thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles and how they are used in practice. Topics covered in the course include electrical circuits, power systems, digital electronics, control systems, instrumentation, and communication systems. In relation to electrical engineering, students also study safety laws and standards. After completing the course, students have a variety of options for further education or employment, including those in the manufacturing, research, and power generation, transmission, and distribution industries.

After completing class in grade 10, students can enroll in a Three-year engineering program that will help them develop their skills: the Diploma in electrical engineering. The course covers telecommunications, signal processing, magnetism, control systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
